Throughout the years, the experiences I have had, truly have shaped my style of cooking. Owning my own restaurant and catering company, MAD About Food, was a decade long journey filled with culinary exploration. Our eclectic cafe drew crowds from all areas of Tallahassee to see what our daily specials would be.  

Each recipe I prepare is a journey through the places and memories I have had and love the most. I believe that every dish should be savored and shared. In today's fast paced world, one of the few sacred times we have together as a family is mealtime. My job is to let you get back to that without all the hassle of shopping, cooking and cleaning up.
